本文通过深入分析现代信息环境下图书馆面临挑战的方方面面,对数字学术时代高职院校图书馆创新服务的策略进行了构建,提出了基于信息资源、读者、馆员、管理和技术五个要素,倡导“读者第一,要素协同”的服务创新理念,在服务内容上从资源相关和人员相关两方面入手进行创新,并在五个具体服务方式的创新上,创新激活图书馆各项工作,达到外塑形象,内强素质的目标,使图书馆服务效率、质量和水平得到很大提高。
