RNA和蛋白质在生物体中共同肩负着基因的表达和调控,在生命活动中具有重要作用。近年的研究表明,一些小的双链RNA可以高效特异地阻断体内特定基因表达,促使mRNA降解,诱使细胞表现出特定基因缺失的表型,称为RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNA i)。基因干扰技术是一项新的和快速发展的技术,它在抗病毒、肿瘤、免疫疾病等方面有着广阔的发展前景。现就RNA i技术应用于妇科肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
RNA and protein share the same gene expression and regulation in the organism and play an important role in the life activities. Recent studies have shown that some small double-stranded RNAs can efficiently and specifically block the expression of specific genes in the body, promote the degradation of mRNA, and induce the cells to exhibit the phenotype of specific gene deletion, which is called RNA interference (RNAi). Gene interference technology is a new and rapidly developing technology, which has broad prospects for development in the fields of antivirus, tumor and immune diseases. Now the application of RNAi technology in gynecologic oncology are reviewed.
