将同步辐射X射线同轴相衬显微层析(PPCT)方法应用在野山参特征结构的原位无损成像研究,并利用相位吸收二重性Paganin算法(PAD-PA)实现了同步辐射X射线PPCT实验数据的相位重建和优化处理,获得了野山参草酸钙簇晶的三维显微结构、体积大小、空间分布和数量分布等定量信息。研究结果表明,PPCT方法与相位恢复算法结合可用于如野山参草酸钙簇晶这类中药材显微结构的定量研究。
Synchrotron radiation X-ray coaxial phase contrast microscopy (PPCT) method was applied to the in situ non-destructive imaging of the characteristic structures of wild ginseng, and the synchronous radiation X-ray PPCT experiment was achieved by using the Paganin algorithm (PAD-PA) The phase reconstruction and optimization of the data obtained quantitative information about the three-dimensional microstructure, volume, spatial distribution and number distribution of the cluster crystals of wild ginseng calcium oxalate. The results show that the combination of PPCT method and phase recovery algorithm can be used to quantitatively study the microstructure of Chinese medicinal materials such as wild ginseng calcium oxalate clusters.
