为研究油田人群白细胞DNA加合物水平及其影响因素,选取了215名(男134例,女81例)居住在某油田的在职职工进行调查并采用32P-后标记法检测每位调查对象外周血白细胞DNA加合物水平,其平均值为(2.89±2.46)个/108核苷酸。在诸多相关因素的调查中,观察到调查对象年龄(x1)、开始吸烟年龄(x2)、居住地空气质量(x3)、职业接触(x4)、上呼吸道疾患症状(x5)与人体外周血白细胞DNA加合物(y)呈明显相关关系,其多元逐步回归方程为y=0.0839x1+1.1049x2-0.3427x3+0.0371x4+0.2658x5-0.358
In order to study the leukocyte DNA adduct level and its influencing factors in oilfield population, 215 active workers (134 males and 81 females) living in an oilfield were selected for investigation and 32P-post-labeling method was used to detect the peripheral The average leukocyte DNA adduct level was (2.89 ± 2.46) / 108 nucleotides.
