目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-1、2(MMP-1、MMP-2)及尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)的表达与口腔鳞癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法选取我院收治的60例口腔鳞癌患者,用免疫组化检测癌旁正常组织和癌组织中MMP-1、MM P-2、uPA的含量并进行比较。结果口腔鳞癌患者肿瘤组织与口腔癌旁正常组织MMP-1、MMP-2、uPA的含量有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论口腔鳞癌中MMP-1、MMP-2、uPA的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移有着密切的关系,有可能成为评价肿瘤侵袭、转移程度的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-2) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) and the invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were enrolled in this study. The expressions of MMP-1, MM P-2 and uPA in adjacent normal tissues and cancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared with each other. Results The levels of MMP-1, MMP-2 and uPA in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue and normal tissue adjacent to oral cancer were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-1, MMP-2 and uPA in oral squamous cell carcinoma is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of the tumor, which may become an index to evaluate the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
