本文介绍了高效阅读方法的培训过程。在训练过程中,运用心理学、认知心理学和篇章分析理论,使学生在规定时间内能够做到积极、有目的、有方法、有效果地阅读全文,并结合运用各种阅读技巧。为此,必须让学生明确学习目标;采用限时,记时和意群阅读方法,培养学生正确的阅读方法,克服不良的阅读习惯;引导学生运用良好的阅读策略,把握文章的主题与结构,扩大学生的词汇量;丰富学生的文化背景知识。
This article describes the training process for efficient reading methods. In the process of training, using psychology, cognitive psychology and discourse analysis theory, so that students can be active within a specified time, purposeful, methodical, effective reading of the full text, combined with the use of a variety of reading skills. Therefore, we must make students clear learning objectives; the use of time-limited, chronograph and meaning group reading methods to develop students’ correct reading methods to overcome the poor reading habits; to guide students to use good reading strategies, grasp the theme and structure of the article to expand Vocabulary of students; enrich students’ cultural background knowledge.
