我厂是生产B540液压插床,插床中有一个凸轮(如图1所示)。我们过去是采用以下的加工方法:1)划出凸轮曲线;2)在工具铣床上铣出;3)钳工刮研。这种加工方法对工人的技术要求很高,同时生产效率很低。后来我厂根据苏联专家带来的技术资料,设计了一个靠模工具。经实际使用证明:操作简便,生产率高,而且能保证工件质量。 (一)工具结构:工具由主体部分和支承部分组成。图中1是模体,在模体1的孔中装有用青铜制成的套筒2。3是靠模,前端
I plant is the production of B540 hydraulic slot, slot in a cam (as shown in Figure 1). We used to use the following processing methods: 1) out of the cam curve; 2) milling on the tool milling machine; 3) fitter scraping research.
