目的:观察芪术颗粒对糖尿病肾病气阴两虚、痰浊阻络证大鼠早期蛋白尿抑制作用。方法:44只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、黄葵胶囊组和芪术颗粒组。采用单侧肾结扎合并高热量胆固醇饮食同时复合低剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射的方法,建立糖尿病肾病气阴两虚、痰浊阻络证大鼠模型,连续给药8周,观察第4周后大鼠蛋白尿、尿肌酐以及实验结束后血糖、血脂、肝功能和肾脏病理结构的变化。结果:与模型组比较,芪术颗粒可以明显抑制糖尿病肾病早期蛋白尿,促进肌酐排泄,同时调节血脂代谢,保护肝功能,改善肾脏组织病理学变化。结论:芪术颗粒对糖尿病肾病气阴两虚、痰浊阻络证大鼠早期蛋白尿具有独立抑制作用,并不依赖于降血糖作用,体现了中药复方功效与病证的对应关系。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qizhu granule on the early proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy rats with qi-yin deficiency and phlegm-turbid resistance syndrome. Methods: Forty-four rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Huang Kui capsule group and Qizhu granule group. The model of diabetic nephropathy with qi and yin deficiency and phlegm obstruction was established by intraperitoneal injection of low-dose streptozotocin (STZ) by unilateral kidney ligation combined with high-calorie cholesterol diet and continuous administration for 8 weeks. Changes of proteinuria, urinary creatinine, blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function and renal pathological structure of rats after a week were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, Qizhu Granule could significantly inhibit the early stage proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy, promote the excretion of creatinine, regulate blood lipid metabolism, protect liver function, and improve renal histopathological changes. Conclusion: Qizhu granule has independent inhibitory effect on early proteinuria in rats with deficiency of qi and yin of phlegm nephropathy and phlegm-turbid resistance syndrome, does not depend on the hypoglycemic effect, and reflects the relationship between the compound traditional Chinese medicine and the syndrome of disease.
