云曙碧女士出生子内蒙古土默川一个蒙古族家庭,是前国家副主席乌兰夫的长女。尽管已年逾古稀,又患有多种疾病,她仍把国家和民族的兴衰、人民的幸福与苦难作为己任,自1978年从事红十字会人道工作以来,废寝忘食,孜孜不倦,为内蒙古的人道事业开辟了广阔的前景,其出色的工作和突出的奉献精神,被中国红十字总会称为“云曙碧精神”。发展人道组织 开阔人道事业 云曙碧经常说,人道事业首先要靠政府和人民,同时也要有一支为之奉献的专业队伍。为此,她走遍了内蒙古12个辖区的大部分县乡,每到一地都宣传红十字工作的重要性,敦促、帮助当地建立红十字组织,物色带头人。现在全区12个盟市和100个旗县(市区)都建立了红十字组织,发展会员30余万人,红十字青少年19余万人,是继京、津之后自上而下形成红十字组织体系的省区之一。

Now the 12 prefectures and 100 flag counties (cities and districts) in the entire region have established the Red Cross Organization, with more than 300,000 members and over 190,000 Red Cross teens, following the formation of the Red Top One of the provinces of the Cross system.
