本文叙述了一种关于直齿与斜齿圆柱齿轮啮合齿间瞬时接触载荷分配和应力分布的计算方法。该方法包括计算齿形修缘和鼓形、齿轮的制造误差和啮合齿向误差、轮齿的变形、轮齿的局部接触变形、齿轮体的弯曲和剪切变形以及支承轴的变形等。还讨论了齿轮参数对载荷分配和应力分布的影响。根据运算结果,利用回归分析法推导出齿轮的载荷分配系数和应力分布系数的计算公式。
This paper describes a method of calculating the instantaneous contact load distribution and stress distribution between spur gear and helical gear. The method includes calculating tooth profile and drum shape, manufacturing error of gear, meshing tooth error, gear tooth deformation, local contact deformation of gear tooth, bending and shearing deformation of gear body, deformation of supporting shaft, and the like. The effects of gear parameters on load distribution and stress distribution are also discussed. According to the calculation result, the formula of load distribution coefficient and stress distribution coefficient of gear is deduced by regression analysis method.
