合成顺式-1,4-聚异戊二烯是异戊橡胶(cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber)的全称,是由异戊二烯制得的高顺式(顺-1,4含量为92%～97%)合成橡胶,因其结构和性能与天然橡胶近似,故又称合成天然橡胶。它能替代天然橡胶,广泛用于轮胎、胶带、胶管、胶鞋等众多橡胶加工领域,是合成橡胶(SR)中综合性能最好的一个胶种,其产量在世界范围位于合成橡胶的第三位。但它的生胶强度、粘着性、加工性能以及硫化胶的抗撕裂强度、耐疲劳性等均稍低于天然橡胶。
Synthetic cis-1,4-polyisoprene is the full name of the cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber (is cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber 92% ~ 97%) Synthetic rubber, because of its structure and properties similar to natural rubber, it is also known as synthetic natural rubber. It can replace natural rubber and is widely used in many rubber processing fields such as tires, tapes, hoses and shoes. It is the best synthetic rubber in synthetic rubber (SR) and its output is the third place in the world for synthetic rubber . However, its raw rubber strength, adhesion, processing properties and vulcanizate tear strength, fatigue resistance, etc. are slightly lower than natural rubber.
