教师是教育改革和发展实践的主体,教师生活是专业化的生活,课程与教学研究旨在形成教师的专业生活方式,让教师享有专业人员的专业生活品质。教师发展的中心是教师的专业能力建设,教师专业能力的建设是通过教师自身努力和外部环境协同作用的结果,这种专业能力建设将是一个终身学习的过程,是一个不断解决教育问题的过程,是一个教师的职业理想、职业道德、职业情感、职业技能、社会责任感等不断成熟、反思、提升、创新的过程。
Teachers are the main body of education reform and development practice. Teachers’ life is a professional life. Curriculum and teaching research aim to form a professional life style of teachers so that teachers can enjoy the professional quality of life of teachers. The center of teacher development is the construction of teachers’ professional abilities. The construction of teachers’ professional abilities is the result of the synergy between teachers’ own efforts and the external environment. This professional capacity-building will be a process of lifelong learning and a process of continuously solving education problems , Is a teacher’s professional ideals, professional ethics, professional feelings, professional skills, social responsibility and other continuous maturity, reflection, promotion and innovation process.
