目的研究景洪哥纳香Goniothalamus cheliensis根醋酸乙酯提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Toyopearl HW40、制备高效液相等柱色谱方法分离化合物,根据其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从景洪哥纳香根的醋酸乙酯提取物中分离得到2个新化合物,分别鉴定为单乙酰双哥纳香二醇(1)和景洪哥纳香胺酮(2)。结论化合物1为一个新的苯乙烯内酯二聚体,化合物2为一个新的生物碱。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of Goniothalamus cheliensis. Methods Silica gel and Toyopearl HW40 were used to prepare compounds by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compounds were identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results Two new compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, and were identified as monoacetyl bisacosane diol (1) and goseongonanone (2) respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new dimer of styrene lactone and compound 2 is a new alkaloid.
