李鹏总理在七届全国人大二次会议上作了题为《坚决贯彻治理整顿和深化改革的方针》的政府工作报告,为我国今年各项工作规定了明确的指导方针,我们的会计事务管理工作也必须以贯彻落实“治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序,全面深化改革”的方针为中心,根据今年财政工作要点,研究部署今年的工作。1988年,是适应经济体制改革的要求,进一步推进财政财务管理体制改革的一年,也是会计事务管理工作进一步发展、开拓的一年。去年的会计事务管理工作,在以下几个方面取得了成果。
