在课余训练中 ,高强度、大负荷训练 ,仍然是训练中的主要手段和显著特点。训练后能快速消除疲劳 ,是提高运动成绩的主要条件 ,是教练员和运动员亟待解决的主要问题之一。本文就疲劳产生的原因 ,外在表现 ,疲劳消除的方法提出几点看法。
In after-school training, high-intensity, heavy-load training is still the main means of training and notable features. After training to quickly eliminate fatigue, is to improve the performance of the main conditions for sports, coaches and athletes one of the main problems to be solved. This article puts forward some suggestions on the causes of fatigue, external manifestations, and ways to eliminate fatigue.
