多年冻土区隧道衬砌混凝土容易受到冻融循环作用而发生冻胀破坏,威胁隧道结构安全和使用寿命。针对依托工程衬砌混凝土配合比进行了冻融循环试验,得到混凝土质量、相对动弹模量、劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度随冻融循环次数的变化规律,并拟合了函数关系;分析了混凝土力学性能变化规律和内在原因;为提高多年冻土区隧道衬砌混凝土抗冻耐久性提出了建议。
Permafrost tunnel lining concrete is vulnerable to freeze-thaw cycles and frost heaving damage, threatening the tunnel structure safety and service life. According to the freeze-thaw cycles relying on the mix proportion of engineering lining concrete, the variation law of concrete quality, relative dynamic elastic modulus, splitting tensile strength and compressive strength with the number of freeze-thaw cycles was obtained, and the function relationship was fitted. The change law of mechanical properties of concrete and its internal causes, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the antifreeze durability of tunnel lining concrete in permafrost regions.
