热处理状态对6063铝合金板材弯曲变形特征的影响(英文)

研究固溶态、自然时效和T6态等不同热处理状态对6063铝合金板材三点弯曲变形行为的影响。采用试验和仿真相结合的方法系统分析了变形载荷、弯曲内角、弯曲半径和板厚的变化规律。研究结果表明,热处理状态显著影响铝合金板材的弯曲变形特征。T6态铝合金板材弯曲变形更为剧烈,产生严重的局部变形。自然时效和固溶态铝合金板材弯曲变形均匀扩展且弯曲半径更大;T6态铝合金的弯曲载荷最大,自然时效态次之,固溶态最小;卸载后,T6态的回弹比自然时效和固溶态的大;时效时间对弯曲回弹和局部变形能力具有正敏感性。板材弯曲变形行为主要是由材料的屈服强度、屈强比和中性层偏移系数等综合影响的结果。 The effects of different heat treatment conditions, such as solid solution state, natural aging and T6 state, on the three-point bending deformation of 6063 aluminum alloy sheet were studied. The variation of deformation load, internal bending angle, bending radius and plate thickness were systematically analyzed by a combination of experimental and simulation methods. The results show that the heat treatment state significantly affects the bending deformation of aluminum alloy sheet. T6 aluminum plate bending deformation more intense, resulting in serious local deformation. The bending deformation of natural aging and solid solution aluminum alloy plate is more uniform and the bending radius is larger. The bending load of T6 aluminum alloy is the largest, the natural aging time is the second, and the solid solution state is the smallest. After unloading, the rebound of T6 state is more than that of natural aging And solid solution of large; aging time on the bending springback and local deformation ability has positive sensitivity. The bending deformation behavior of the sheet is mainly the result of the combined effect of yield strength, yield ratio and neutral layer migration coefficient.
