目的观察基于运动程序的感觉输入治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法 44例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机均分为两组,试验组采用基于运动程序的感觉输入治疗,对照组采用传统康复训练。分别于治疗前、治疗14d和28d进行改良Barthel指数评分及Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分。结果治疗14d和28d,试验组改良Barthel指数评分分别为(51.59±11.79)分和(64.32±11.05)分,均优于对照组的(40.79±13.26)分和(52.50±18.24)分(P<0.05)。试验组治疗14d和28d的Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分分别为(7.52±1.54)分和(8.85±1.35)分,均优于对照组的(5.89±1.56)分和(7.55±1.79)分(P<0.05)。结论基于运动程序的感觉输入治疗可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的ADL。
Objective To observe the effects of sensory input therapy based on exercise program on activities of daily living (ADL) in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Forty-four stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received sensory input based on exercise program and the control group received traditional rehabilitation training. The modified Barthel index and the Fugl-Meyer balance scale were evaluated before treatment, 14d and 28d after treatment respectively. Results On the 14th and 28th day after treatment, the modified Barthel index of the experimental group was (51.59 ± 11.79) and (64.32 ± 11.05) points, respectively, which were significantly better than those of the control group (40.79 ± 13.26) and (52.50 ± 18.24) points (P < 0.05). The Fugl-Meyer Balance Scale scores of the experimental group on the 14th and 28th day were (7.52 ± 1.54) and (8.85 ± 1.35) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (5.89 ± 1.56) and (7.55 ± 1.79) points P <0.05). Conclusion Sensory input therapy based on exercise program can effectively improve ADL in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
