主要分析了高圆簧与回转式橡胶弹簧支座结构设计和每台转向架布置四组高圆簧结构在C0-C0轴式机车转向架二系悬挂系统应用的可行性,提出了回转式橡胶弹簧支座的结构布置形式和准高速机车转向架悬挂系统减振器配置的最经济方案,保证了机车在直线线路上的准高速运行及通过小半径曲线时具有较低的轮轨磨耗性能。
