葡萄糖代谢受各种病理状态(包括肿瘤)的影响。1956年已有研究证实癌肿病人葡萄糖耐量试验异常的发生率较高。最近新的研究方法显示癌肿病人葡萄糖周转和再循环异常升高,可能与癌肿患者出现的恶液质有关。但由于以往各项研究报道均未说明肿瘤累及肝脏的程度,葡萄糖代谢的改变可能为肝功能不良或肿瘤直接造成的结果。本文研究11例过去无糖尿病、内分泌病及肝功能异常,无服用影响葡萄糖代谢药物史的结、直肠癌病人的葡萄糖周转率和再循环率,以观察其是否受肿瘤发展阶段的影响。葡萄糖代谢测定方法:受检者禁食一夜后静脉注射~3氢标记的葡萄糖,分别在注射前后各规定时间内抽
Glucose metabolism is affected by a variety of pathological conditions, including tumors. 1956 studies have confirmed that cancer patients with higher incidence of abnormal glucose tolerance test. Recently, new research methods have shown abnormalities in glucose turnover and recirculation in cancer patients, which may be related to the presence of cachexia in cancer patients. However, none of the previous studies reported the degree of tumor involvement in the liver. Changes in glucose metabolism may be the result of liver dysfunction or tumors. In this study, 11 cases of non-diabetic, endocrine and liver dysfunction in the past, without taking the history of glucose metabolism in patients with history of glucose remission and colorectal cancer cycle rate, to observe whether it is affected by the stage of tumor development.
