本文列举了22台工业铝电解槽的能量平衡数据,论证了节电的巨大潜力在于减少电解槽的热损失量,而其主要途径是降低电解温度。并依据长期的实验室试验结果,讨论了在800~900℃下实现低温铝电解的可行性。
This paper lists the energy balance data of 22 industrial aluminum reduction cells, demonstrating that the great potential of saving electricity lies in reducing the heat loss of the electrolyzer. The main approach is to reduce the electrolysis temperature. According to the long-term laboratory test results, the feasibility of low temperature aluminum electrolysis at 800 ~ 900 ℃ is discussed.
