本文介绍溪洛渡右岸电站(9×770MW)水轮机蜗壳充水时,发电机下机架支臂基础发生非对称抬机。用有限元软件ANSYS计算推力轴承基础环的倾斜量,以及推力轴承各瓦块受力改变量;用三维热弹流程序计算推力轴承性能。计算结果表明,在发电机下机架基础非对称抬机下,抬机量主要由推力轴承支承弹簧吸收,引起推力轴承性能改变,其余部分造成机组轴线倾斜。
This article describes the right bank of Xiluodu hydropower station (9 × 770MW) turbine volute water, the generator under the arm support base asymmetric lift. The finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate the tilting amount of the thrust bearing base ring and the amount of force change of each pad of the thrust bearing. The thrust bearing performance was calculated by the 3D thermo-elastic flow program. The calculation results show that under the unsymmetrical lifting of the base of the generator, the lift capacity is mainly absorbed by the thrust bearing support spring, causing the performance of the thrust bearing to change, while the rest causes the axis of the unit to tilt.
