推进新型农村合作医疗保险制度是完善我国农村社会保障体系的重要组成部分,是建设新农村的重要议题之一,是国家为切实解决“三农”问题实行的重大举措。本文以广东省德庆县为例,在分析德庆县推进新型农村合作医疗保险运行状况的基础上,总结欠发达地区在推行“新农合”过程中遇到的各种难点问题,并就此提出相应的对策和建议。
Promoting the new rural cooperative medical insurance system is an important part of perfecting the rural social security system in our country and one of the important topics in building a new rural area and a major measure the state has put in place to effectively solve the “three rural issues.” This paper takes Deqing County, Guangdong Province as an example. Based on the analysis of the operation of new rural cooperative medical insurance in Deqing County, this paper summarizes various difficult problems encountered in the process of implementing “new rural cooperative medical system” in undeveloped areas, And put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion accordingly.
