文内报道了正常和患红腿黄鳃病的中国对虾肝胰脏显微和亚显微构造。在光镜下,正常虾肝胰脏细胞结构同陈宽智描述的相似。病虾肝胰脏细胞核固缩,细胞解体。电镜观察正常肝胰脏细胞可见核内染色质分散分布,线粒体嵴向腔内辐射排列,粗面内质网发达。病虾肝胰脏细胞表现了三种程度的病变:细胞器结构异常属轻微病变;部分细胞器解体及大量残余小体的出现是较重的病变;至所有细胞器解体,细胞质内充满细小颗粒,乃是严重的变化。
The article reports the liver and pancreas microscopic and submicroscopic structures of Penaeus chinensis, both normal and suffering from yellow gill disease.
