本文介绍了目前研究的在病毒检测过程中使用的纳米粒子种类、检测方法及其特点。纳米粒子特殊的表面性质及其良好的生物相容性可与传统的病毒检测方法结合,增加检测的灵敏度和特异性,并且使检测趋于自动化。
This article describes the current research in the virus detection process used in the type of nanoparticles, detection methods and characteristics. The special surface properties of nanoparticles and their good biocompatibility can be combined with traditional virus detection methods to increase the sensitivity and specificity of the assay and to automate the assay.
