煤矿合理化建议者设计的矿车清理机(图1)在苏共十七大矿井内用了两年。其特点是耗用的材料少、效率高和调动方便,对其维护不需耗用太多的材料和工时。清理机的工作机构为直径500mm和长1750mm用钢板制造的螺旋叶,装在直径80mm的轴上並从两轴端开始螺旋成反向(一半是左旋向,另一半相反)。轴中部安有16齿的与—50.8套筒链条啮合的从动链轮。轴两端装有顿巴斯—1采煤机的装煤机破碎杆轴套。
The mine car cleaning machine designed by the coal mine rationalization planner (Figure 1) was used for two years in the 17th Congress of the CPSU. Its characteristics are less material consumption, high efficiency and easy transfer, the maintenance does not need to consume too much material and working hours. The working mechanism of the cleaning machine is a spiral blade made of steel plate having a diameter of 500 mm and a length of 1750 mm, mounted on a shaft having a diameter of 80 mm and spiraling in opposite directions (half left-handed and half negative) from both axial ends. There are 16 driven gear sprockets meshed with the -50.8 quill chain in the middle of the shaft. Shelf crusher bushings equipped with Donbas-1 shearers at both ends of the shaft.
