目的:分析研究血钠、尿酸、B型钠尿肽(BNP)动态变化与心力衰竭的相关性。方法:选取2012年-2014年广州市番禺区南村医院收治的120例心力衰竭患者分为观察组、对照1组,每组各60例,以及同期来院体检健康者60例作为对照2组,比较3组受试者的血钠、尿酸、BNP动态水平。结果:观察组患者尿酸、BNP水平高于对照组1组,血钠水平低于对照组1组(P<0.05);对照1组患者尿酸、BNP水平高于对照组2组,血钠水平低于对照2组(P<0.05)。观察组患者中心功能分级Ⅳ级者尿酸、BNP水平高于心功能Ⅲ级者和Ⅱ级者,心功能Ⅲ级者高于Ⅱ级者(P<0.05);Ⅳ级者血钠水平低于心功能Ⅲ级者和Ⅱ级者,Ⅲ级者低于Ⅱ级者(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭发作期患者血钠水平降低,尿酸和BNP水平升高,且患者血钠、尿酸、BNP水平与患者心功能分级呈现相关关系。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between the dynamic changes of serum sodium, uric acid and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and heart failure. Methods: A total of 120 patients with heart failure who were treated in Nancun Hospital, Panyu District, Guangzhou City from 2012 to 2014 were divided into observation group, control group 1, 60 patients in each group and 60 healthy subjects in the same period. Serum sodium, uric acid, and BNP levels in three groups of subjects. Results: The levels of uric acid and BNP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 1 and the serum sodium level was lower than that in the control group 1 (P <0.05). The levels of uric acid and BNP in the control group 1 were higher than those in the control group 2 In control group 2 (P <0.05). In the observation group, the level of uric acid and BNP in patients with functional grade Ⅳ were higher than those with grade Ⅲ and Ⅱ of heart function, those with grade Ⅲ of cardiac function were higher than those with grade Ⅱ (P <0.05), and those with grade Ⅳ were lower than those with heart Those with grade III and grade II and those with grade III were lower than grade II (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Patients with heart failure have lower levels of serum sodium and elevated uric acid and BNP, and serum sodium, uric acid and BNP levels correlate with the level of cardiac function in patients with heart failure.
