30吨炼钢电弧炉和50吨钢包精炼炉在西安变压器电炉厂制成 西安变压器电炉厂于1980年初制成75吨炼钢电弧炉之后,又在下半年制成30吨炼钢电弧炉和50吨钢包精炼炉。这两台炉子的用户都是上钢五厂。
