通过3个有限元分析实例探讨汽轮发电机组弹簧隔振基础的抗震性能。弹簧隔振基础可以降低汽机基础的基本频率,减小地震作用;适当设置阻尼器可以全面降低汽机基础的地震响应;弹簧隔振基础可以减小基础顶板与机组轴系的速度、加速度和内力的地震响应.虽然顶板的水平位移响应和层间位移角比常规基础有所增加,但安装阻尼器之后可以把位移响应有效地控制在规范允许的范围内.弹簧隔振汽机基础分为岛式布置和联合布置两类,岛式布置弹簧隔振汽机基础具有良好的抗震性能,可以抵抗高达8度的地震;联合布置弹簧隔振汽机基础的抗震性能更佳,可以用于9度及以上的强震地区.联合布置弹簧隔振汽机基础为电厂主厂房的抗震设计开拓了新的思路,具有推广应用价值.
