利用电化学制备的水强化含金刚石的金伯利岩选矿过程的理论与实践

本文在综合评价天然金刚石的表面亲水-亲油状态和可浮性的基础上,对金刚石进行了粗略的分类,采用X射线光电子能谱研究了3种类型金刚石晶体表面层的元素物相组成。研究结果表明,采用电化学处理水系统原则上可使金刚石的组成和表面性质向特定方向改变,从而强化油脂分选、泡沫浮选和重介质分选过程。 Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the hydrophilic-lipophilic state and buoyancy on the surface of natural diamond, the diamonds are roughly classified. The elemental phase composition of the surface layer of the three types of diamond crystals is studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy . The results show that the electrochemical treatment of the water system in principle allows the composition and surface properties of diamonds to be changed in a particular direction, thereby enhancing the oil separation, froth flotation and heavy medium separation process.
