在北京就听说今年山东半岛各物资企业干得挺“火”。记者于夏天去烟台、下潍坊,看到那儿的物资企业果真是生气勃勃、兴旺发达,并且八仙过海、各有妙招。这里记载的只是少数几个企业工作的一个侧面。烟台化轻总公司:内外贸对接跨国界经营与金属、汽车市场相比,今年全国化工市场疲软得令人沮丧。但烟台化工轻工总公司却在萧条中寻求机遇,困境中独辟蹊径。l~5月即完成销售额1.76亿元,创利252万元,在全国同级化轻公司中名列榜首。这个公司最重要的一条经营策略是;了解国内市场需求,组织进口国外资源;一手抓落实用户,一手抓物资购进;国内与国际市场对接、啮合。
