建立了饮品中牛磺酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。采用2,4-二硝基氯苯90℃下衍生30 min,冷至室温后离心,取上清液10μL进样分析。以甲醇-KH2PO4为流动相梯度洗脱,360nm紫外检测,柱温20℃,流速1 mL/min。结果显示牛磺酸至少在0.02~200 mg/L范围内线性良好(r=0.999),回收率在97.5%~114.0%之间,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)分别为0.40%和5.8%,方法已用于饮品中牛磺酸含量的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of taurine in drinks was established. Derived using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene at 90 ℃ for 30 min, cooled to room temperature and centrifuged, the supernatant 10μL injection analysis. The mobile phase of methanol-KH2PO4 gradient elution, 360nm UV detection, the column temperature 20 ℃, the flow rate of 1 mL / min. The results showed that taurine had good linearity (r = 0.999) at least in the range of 0.02-200 mg / L and the recovery was between 97.5% and 114.0%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of retention time and peak area ) Were 0.40% and 5.8% respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of taurine in drinks.
