国卫医发[2013]39号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局(卫生计生委)、中医(药)管理局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局:为贯彻《中华人民共和国执业医师法》所确立的医师资格考试制度,根据《国家卫生和计划生育委员会主要职责内设机构和人员编制规定》,决定撤销原卫生部医师资格考试委员会及其办公室,成立国家卫生和计划生育委员会医师资格考试委员会,其职责为:一、制定有关医师资格考试的规章和政策;
