人体完整的容貌、完整的仪表使人具有基本的尊严。当其完整性、结构和功能遭到严重破坏时，其伤害性绝不仅是结构与功能的丧失，还有伤者内心难以承受的重创。在不同的认知情况下，患者的心理反应不同。现将我们对一例意外眼球破裂及面容损坏患者的心理护理过程介绍如下。１
