[目的]观察消渴方与穴位贴敷+艾灸联合西药治疗糖尿病治后不良反应疗效。[方法]将60例住院患者清热生津止渴,消渴方(天花粉、生地、生山药各15g,党参、麦冬、知母、丹皮各10g,茯苓6g,泽泻10g,丹参15g),1剂/d,水煎至150ml,早晚口服。大便秘结予生大黄、芒硝等中药穴位贴敷神阙、涌泉、足三里;肾阴亏虚证可艾灸足三里、三阴交予温通经络、调和气血。或予中药汤剂滋阴固肾,六味地黄汤(熟地15g,山茱萸肉、山药各12g,丹皮、泽泻、茯苓各10g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。二甲双胍,0.25~0.5g/次,3次/d。胰岛素30R餐前30min,20U~30U/日,早晚皮下注射。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、危险因素、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效45例,有效15例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]辨证施治联合西药治疗糖尿病治后不良反应效果显著,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Diabetes Decoction and acupoint sticking + moxibustion combined with western medicine in the treatment of adverse effects after diabetes mellitus.
