教学机智是指教育工作者面对突发的教育情境所表现的一种恰到好处的处理问题的能力。教学机智作为教师的一种能力,目前还没有引起足够的理解和认识,在教育教学中常常出现失控现象。教学机智的形成源自热爱学生的真情实感、勇于实践探索的精神、良好的心理品质、虚心学习的态度和广博的知识。而化学教学机智除了以上因素外,还表现于教学设计、实施、反馈过程。本文着重阐述了化学教学机智的特点、体现、应用等基本原则。
Teaching tactics refers to the ability of educators to deal with problems in a timely manner in the face of sudden educational situations. As a kind of teacher’s ability, teaching witness has not caused enough understanding and cognition at present, often appear out of control in education and teaching. The formation of teaching wit from the love of students love the true feelings, the courage to explore the spirit of practice, good psychological quality, open-minded learning attitude and extensive knowledge. The chemistry teaching tactics in addition to the above factors, but also reflected in the teaching design, implementation, feedback process. This article focuses on the basic principles of chemical teaching tactics, embodied, applied and other basic principles.
