用透射电镜对以聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯为硬链段的聚醚酯和以尼龙—12为硬链段的聚醚酯酰胺的超分子结构进行了研究。通过应用一种新的染色方法能清楚看到结晶微区的内部相边界。重点讨论了硬链段化学结构不同,软、硬链段组成的不同所引起的形态变化。另外也指出硬链段长度的序列分布对球晶内部精细结构的影响。
The ultrastructure of polyether ester with polybutylene terephthalate as hard segment and polyetheresteramide with nylon-12 as hard segment were studied by transmission electron microscopy. The internal phase boundary of the crystalline domains can be clearly seen by applying a new staining method. The different chemical structure of hard segment and the change of composition of soft segment and hard segment are discussed. In addition, it is also pointed out that the influence of the sequence distribution of hard segment length on the fine structure of spherulites.
