TZM合金轧制变形抗力研究及组织分析

利用Gleeble-1500热模拟机对TZM粉末冶金板坯进行轧制热模拟研究。在温度为1150~1300℃,变形量为50%,变形速率分别为1,3,5 s-1的试验方案下,采用10 mm×15 mm×20 mm矩形试样,研究了TZM合金板坯的轧制变形抗力与变形温度、变形程度和变形速率之间的关系。结果表明:TZM合金轧制变形抗力随变形温度升高而降低;随着应变速率、变形程度的增大而增大。变形前后的组织分析表明:随着变形量的增加,金相组织微观空洞消失,致密度增大;随变形速率的增大,组织被拉长,晶粒大小趋于均匀化。 Hot rolling simulation of TZM powder metallurgy slab using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. With the increase of deformation rate, the structure is elongated and the grain size tends to be uniform.
