一定浓度的大肠杆菌可诱导杂色鲍产生抗菌肽,不同诱导时间所产生的抗菌肽抑菌活性不同。研究结果显示诱导时间以8h为最佳,这类抗菌肽具有热稳定性、耐酸、不溶血、没有凝血活性,利用12.5%的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测抗菌肽的分子量在3000～6000Da左右。
Escherichia coli at a certain concentration can induce the production of antibacterial peptides, and the antibacterial peptides produced by different induction time have different antibacterial activity. The results showed that the induction time was the best at 8h. The antibacterial peptides were thermostable, acid-resistant and insoluble, and had no coagulation activity. The molecular weight of the antimicrobial peptides was about 3000-6000Da using 12.5% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
