《会计改革与发展“十二五”规划纲要》和财政部《关于全面推进管理会计体系建设的指导意见》中均提出了推进管理会计人才队伍建设的相关建议,利用人才发展的战略来推动企业的转型升级。核电企业作为国有大型企业之一,在企业财务转型升级的道路上应该进行积极的探索,通过实际的发展来推动国有企业企业转型升级步伐的加快,为财务人员的转型升级和价值提升提供平台。
