金秋十月,古城襄樊,秋高气爽。二十五日下午,财税干部注目的全国财税系统书法、绘画、摄影大赛颁奖大会在这里隆重举行。国务委员兼财政部长王丙乾为大会写来了贺信。财政部特聘顾问田一农代表财政部出席大会并讲了话。大赛评委会主任、著名国画家黄胄和中国财政杂志社、湖北省财政厅、中共襄樊市委、市政府、市人大、市政协的负责同志出席了大会,并向荣获三等奖以上的作者颁发了证书。
