在当前经济全球化和信息化发展的压力之下,我国的煤矿市场正面对着强烈的优胜劣汰挑战,在对以往发展经验的总结之下,最终得出煤矿企业要想获得稳步发展,就必须要在加强自身管理上多下工夫,在企业管理工作中,人力资源管理往往是重中之重,大多数煤矿企业都将以人为本作为人力资源管理的基本原则,并十分注重对其即将引发的风险进行预测能力的培养,本文主要探究了我国煤矿企业人力资源管理中的风险控制措施。
