“We were a bit like the underground party of that year. Although we lost contact with our superiors, we continued our activities.” This was a response from reporters in the interview to some township adult school principals who were subsumed to urban areas. With the reform of the city’s urban management system, some villages and towns formerly owned by the suburbs began to be placed under the jurisdiction of the urban area. Like other lines, the management system has changed, and education has also faced a “convergence problem.” Relatively speaking, the management of primary and secondary schools, the difference between urban and suburban areas is not large, “convergence ” more convenient, and this line of adult education in towns and villages, the suburbs and urban areas have many differences, therefore, After being placed in urban areas, many aspects of the work also failed to catch up, appeared “broken line” phenomenon.
