有几位来自山乡的省人民代表痛心地向我们说:“现在农民把山乡的老师们当宝贝看待,可就是难收住他们的心。照这样下去,村里的娃娃们还有当半文盲的可能呢。”一席话引起了我们的深思:我们一定要做好思想政治教育工作,帮助师范生立志献身农村教育事业。如何抓好在校师范生的思想政治教育?我们通过学习行为科学、伦理学、决策论、宣传学,感到思想政治教育只能按规律办事,走科学化的道路。在经过认真调查,掌握学生思想脉膊和思维特点的基础上,我们设计出一个方案。这个方案是针对不少师范生思想境界不高的实际状况(如有的顽强攻读,意在将来待机改行;有的疲沓松懈,横竖“考进师范,永保有饭”;也有的自以为“后门”钥匙
