一台法国PPM公司1990年生产的最大额定载荷40t的集装箱正面吊运机(以下简称正面吊),由于年代久远,没有技术资料,配件昂贵且供应困难,整机技术状况恶化,一直处于闲置状态。具体情况如下:发动机:缸体有裂纹并漏油:启动困难,怠速时自动熄火;温升快,工作半小时后水温接近100℃;水散热器渗漏。传动行走制动装置:变速器输出轴漏油;行走无力,只有前进后退1挡;无制动。
