在实验室条件下以优选的蛹虫草菌株YCC-XD-2在家蚕蛹、蛾培养基和蛹粉代料培养基上培育蛹虫草,比较不同培养基上的蛹虫草的生长状况和虫草素含量,探究高产优质蛹虫草的培养方式。蛹虫草菌种在蚕体和蛹粉代料培养基上均生长良好,其中:蚕体培养基以蚕蛾培养基上的蛹虫草生长较好;蛹粉代料培养基以糯米+蛹粉培养基上的蛹虫草生长较好。蚕体培养基培育蛹虫草子实体中的虫草素含量显著高于蛹粉代料培养基培育的蛹虫草,其中,蚕蛾培养基培育蛹虫草子实体中的虫草素质量比高达21.97 mg/g。在相同培养条件下,蛹虫草子实体中的虫草素含量高于菌丝体和培养基质。试验结果表明,利用家蚕蛹、蛾培养基可以生产出高品质蛹虫草。

Under the same culture conditions, the content of cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies was higher than that of mycelium and culture medium. The test results show that using silkworm pupa, moth medium can produce high quality Cordyceps militaris.
