采用硼、钼双改性酚醛树脂,制备具有耐高温性能的酚醛树脂,并利用红外光谱仪、热重分析和冲击试验等方法对其性能进行分析。结果表明:硼和钼元素已经接枝到酚醛树脂的分子链中;硼、钼双改性酚醛树脂耐热性能和抗冲击性能明显优于传统的热塑性酚醛树脂PF。
The phenolic resin with high temperature resistance was prepared by using boron and molybdenum double modified phenolic resin, and its properties were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and impact test. The results show that the boron and molybdenum elements have been grafted to the molecular chain of phenolic resin. The thermal resistance and impact resistance of boron and molybdenum double modified phenolic resin are obviously better than the traditional thermoplastic phenolic resin PF.
