学前心理学研究告诉我们,小班阶段的孩子:大都处于从家庭转向社会的特殊时期,都明显地需要情感的呵护,需要对成人的依恋;特别喜欢模仿;拟人化心理特征明显等。所以,小班孩子需要教师经常与他们一起游戏,并以游戏的活动形式理解和参与活动,满足孩子的心理需求。在结合根据实际活动需要而组织的教育形式的前提下,以符合小班阶段孩子身心发展需求的“教学游戏”来实现教育目标,将更适合他们。教学游戏符合小班幼儿身心发展的规律,体现了对小班幼儿年龄特征的尊重,可以使小班幼儿在快乐中获得发展,是最适合实现小班教育目标的适宜途径。
Pre-school psychology research tells us that children in small classes are mostly in special periods of transition from family to society. They both obviously need emotional care and need attachment to adults. They particularly like imitation, and anthropomorphic psychological characteristics are obvious. Therefore, children in small classes need teachers to constantly play games with them and understand and participate in activities in the form of game activities to meet children’s psychological needs. It is more suitable for them to achieve their educational goals with “teaching games ” that meet the needs of children’s physical and mental development in the small class on the premise of combining the forms of education organized according to actual activities. The teaching game accords with the law of small and medium-sized children’s physical and mental development, which reflects the respect of the age characteristics of young children in small classes and enables them to develop in happiness. It is the most appropriate way to achieve the goal of small-class education.
