“五味”理论是中药药性理论的重要组成部分。建国后,中药药性理论的研究层出不穷,1977-1985年是中药药性理论研究蓬勃发展期,其后药性理论一直成为科研工作者密切关注的课题。“五味”理论经多个时代医家的不断深化,已具有一定的成型体系和医疗方法。另外,明代之前的“五味”理论在当时已发展得非常健全,为后世留下了诸多重要信息。研究明代之前中药“五味”理论系统及其溯源,对现阶段的中医药发展具有非常重要的积极作用。
“Five Flavor ” theory is an important part of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
