用激光溅射金属氧化物的方法在射频离子阱中产生了Co和Ti的多电荷离子,结合离子阱选择囚禁技术和垂直交叉离子束碰撞冷却方法,得到了稳定囚禁的低能(电子伏特能量)Co3+和Ti4+离子。
Multi-charge ions of Co and Ti were generated in the RF ion trap by laser sputtering of metal oxides. Combined with ion trap selective trapping technique and vertical cross-beam ion beam collision cooling method, a stable trapped low energy (electron volt energy) Co3 + and Ti4 + ions.
